Autumn's Charm

A glowing campfire under Heavens starry night
Mellowing golds, shining crisp in my mind
The chill of the mornings and meadows of dew
Some leaves freshly fallen, lie crimson, unnew
Tints of yellow on shades of green
Deep tones of purple, to garish the scene
As orange colors gleam, to my watchful eye
The trees shed their covers, and fall brings a sigh
A vision of change, eyes sparkle to view.
